We are committed to our clients in providing competent, diligent, and professional legal services in the areas of Tax Controversy, Bankruptcy of Tax Liabilities, Family Law (Divorce, Child Custody and Legitimation), Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts) and Misdemeanors.
Determining your rights in tax controversies creates anxiety for all clients, even those that fully understand the issues. During times of tax controversy, the client needs protection and assistance to translate tax law into comprehensible terms. Further, the client needs representation to protect his or her interests and provide opinions based on targeted tax knowledge and experience. In many cases, we have successfully negotiated lower tax liabilities or abatement of penalties for their clients. We bring our clients over thirty years of tax experience and current knowledge to assist in negotiating, mediating or litigating tax controversies.
The value placed on our family exceeds that of any prized possession. Sometimes, however, issues arise that impact the family unit whether it be divorce, child custody or support, legitimation, adoption, or paternity matters. During these often confusing times, the legal advice and representation that you secure may make the difference in the outcome of your family matter. To help you through the stress and manage the legal side of your family change, we are committed to the protection of your interests. Our years of experience will fully represent you and translate your legal options into terms that assist you in making informed choices.
Planning is how we manage our daily lives to insure we achieve our objectives. Planning, therefore, is necessary to assist our loved ones in handling the unexpected catastrophic event or in the disbursement of our lifetime assets. While larger estates require greater planning and have significant tax implications, there is also a need for the smallest of property holdings to be distributed reflective of our life’s relationships. We will work with you to analyze, prepare and keep current your estate, trust, will, and living will or durable medical power of attorney. We value the opportunity to assist you in planning so that your family will clearly understand how to manage your wishes.
Finding yourself charged with a traffic violation or misdemeanor is an undesirable situation and one that requires professional representation. We provide clients with the experience necessary to ensure the best solution to their legal issue. Our attorneys understand your concern and will defend you with knowledgeable and professional representation. We're available to answer all the questions and provide insight as to your available options.
