The Tax Court Examination Seminar

The Tax Court Examination Seminar is a technical three weekend, (six day total) seminar that educates participants on the substantive, evidentiary, ethical and procedural aspects of taking a client’s case to the US Tax Court. This course is a valuable tool for use in preparing for the four-hour Tax Court exam. The course also provides specialized knowledge to all tax professionals (Atty, CPA, EA) in the competitive tax industry.


Exam Preparatory Course

The US Tax Court Examination preparatory course provides a full review and analysis of past examinations' subject matter through a comprehensive matrix. The author provides recommended answers to prior examination questions. In addition, the course contains a thorough review of substantive areas, with an emphasis in entity taxation.

Also included is a Tax Court Exam application, current cases, legal forms, Federal Rules of Evidence, Rules of Practice & Procedure for the US Tax Court, an expanded evidence section, and ABA Rules of Professional Conduct.
